ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY:
This service provides a guaranteed next day delivery to 99% of the UK. Delivery is guaranteed in these cases by 1.00pm the following day. Orders using this service must be received by 3.00pm on the day of despatch. Oniine tracking service showing the order status is provided for this service. For any order placed on a Sunday using Royal Mail Special Delivery, despatch will take place on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday.
We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. Any return received by The Africa House Ltd after 14 days will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
